#### 【岗位职责】

1. 构建公司的大数据体系设计、功能模块设计、整合和处理海量数据，负责大数据系统平台的维护和持续优化；

2. 负责识别、评估和实施新兴技术，使其融入现有大数据技术平台中，从而提高竞争力；

3. 建立完善的大数据预测、运营支持、营销应用、决策支撑等相关体系；

4. 负责规划数据挖掘的整体流程，并参与用户产品和数据产品的决策；

5. 与业务部门密切配合，寻求数据层面的业务价值，利用数据分析结论推动产品优化；

6. 推进大数据产品的设计研发，把握大数据技术研究的方向及主要技术路径；

7. 组织高效的大数据团队，积累方法论并定期组织培训，提高团队能力。
