### Key Responsibilities:
- Engage in the analysis, design, development, and testing of company products.

### Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field with a minimum of 1 year of experience in Golang development.
- Proficient in Golang, with a deep understanding of their features and best practices.
- Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and coding standards.
- Experience with microservice architecture, RESTful API design, and communication mechanisms such as RPC and message queues.
- Familiarity with databases and caching technologies like MySQL and Redis, with skills in database design and optimization.
- Understanding of the Linux operating system and common command-line tools and system monitoring methods.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit, capable of handling pressure and challenges.
- Preferred experience in distributed systems, high concurrency, and big data processing.
