Job Description:

Our client is seeking a talented Talent Acquisition Partner to join their remote team and play a key role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for our growing organization. As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will collaborate closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand talent needs, develop recruitment strategies, and drive the full recruitment lifecycle to identify and onboard exceptional candidates.


Responsibilities:

- Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the blockchain and cryptocurrency space.

- Source candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media platforms, networking events, and industry associations.

- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate candidate assessments to ensure alignment with role requirements and company culture.

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, collecting feedback, extending offers, and facilitating the onboarding process for new hires.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and strategies.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner or similar role in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment, preferably within the cryptocurrency or blockchain industry.

- Strong understanding of blockchain technology and cryptocurrency markets is a plus.

- Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools to manage the recruitment process effectively.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.

- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

- High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
