### Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience with high-frequency, low-latency trading systems.
- Strong proficiency in C++, C#, or Golang or another high-performance programming language.
- Deep understanding of network protocols, kernel bypass techniques, and performance optimization.
- Familiarity with algorithmic trading, market data feeds, and order management systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities, with a track record of managing and inspiring engineering teams.
