Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in financial services, fintech, or cryptocurrency industry, with a proven track record of leadership and business success.
- Deep understanding of credit card and payment industry, including regulatory requirements, compliance standards, and market dynamics.
- Good to have: Strong knowledge of cryptocurrency and blockchain technology, with experience in cryptocurrency trading, custody, or payment processing.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic plans, drive business growth, and deliver results in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and disruption, coupled with a strong sense of integrity and ethics.
- Proven leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve ambitious goals.
