Requirements

Qualifications:

1. Hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is desirable.

2. Accumulate at least 3 years of experience in business development, partnership management, or similar roles within the blockchain or tech sector.

3. Possess a deep understanding of blockchain technology, with the ability to convey technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.

4. Demonstrate a proven track record of cultivating and sustaining successful partnerships within the blockchain or technology industry.

5. Exhibit strong negotiation and communication skills, adept at persuading stakeholders at all levels.

6. Showcase strategic foresight, capable of identifying and pursuing promising partnership opportunities.

7. Display inherent self-motivation and a results-oriented approach, embodying a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

8. Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in Chinese is advantageou to liasise with Chinese-speaking clients and teams.
